BLOW OFF VALVE 38mm

I designed this blow off valve specifically for the Powersports market, it is much more demanding than the on-road use. We are dealing with very harsh environment, extremely hot and dusty, muddy, wet, or cold, ice, and snow.  The piston has two O rings on it, one at the top and one at the bottom, this allows you to put a lightweight oil in between so the valve will not freeze up from condensation or become contaminated with dirt. We have many variations available for different models of vehicles. All our products have the same styling, so all our products look very nice together. Our compressor covers, exhaust housings, connecting rods and blow off valves have a unique masculine design.

• Both sides of the piston are completely sealed, no air leaks.
• Completely adjustable with different rate springs.
• Plum back or vent to atmosphere.
• Hose barb machined into cover, no complex little parts to vibrate off and lose.
• Totally rebuildable, can be fully disassembled.
• Various hose size connections available, 1in, 1.5in (in and out) and 2.5in inlet.
• Can be quiet or loud.
• Fast responding, 38 millimeter bore, high flow.
• All pressure chambers sealed with O rings, 6 in total.
• Comes with three feet of our custom, high temp nylon braided silicone hose.
